Job summary

TSMG is seeking a Mobile Fleet Response Specialist to provide on-site support for autonomous fleet incidents in the Houston area. You will travel to incidents, operate a company vehicle, perform basic troubleshooting, and coordinate with internal teams and external parties at the scene.

This is a fully on-site role with no remote option. You must be able to work flexible shifts in a dynamic, safety-sensitive environment and communicate clearly in English.

Qualifications

• Valid driving licence required.
• - Background screening may be required.
• - Strong English (spoken and written) communication.
• - Ability to work outdoors and in a fast-changing, safety-sensitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incidents and travel to vehicles needing assistance within an assigned area.
• Operate a company vehicle for shifts with a partner, typically 6–8 hours.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and document findings on-site.
• Coordinate with operations, dispatch, passengers, and authorities as needed.
• Escalate complex safety or technical issues through proper channels.
