Team members are assigned to designated operating areas and dispatched when a vehicle requires physical intervention.

This is a fully on-site, field-based position with no remote or hybrid option.

Key Responsibilities
Field Response and Vehicle Support
  • Remain available within an assigned service area and travel to vehicles requiring assistance.
  • Operate a company-provided conventional vehicle for approximately six to eight hours per shift, typically alongside another team member.
  • Safely approach vehicles stopped on public roads and establish an appropriate working area.
  • Perform initial inspections and basic troubleshooting using established procedures.
  • Determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:
    • Returning the vehicle to active service.
    • Moving the vehicle to a designated facility.
    • Arranging professional recovery or towing support.
  • Assist with closing vehicle doors, luggage compartments, or other access points when required.
  • Provide basic charging assistance for vehicles with insufficient battery levels.
  • Perform minor exterior cleaning that can be completed safely with limited equipment.
  • Retrieve time-sensitive personal belongings left inside vehicles and deliver them to an approved collection location.
  • In exceptional safety-related situations, assist passengers in reaching a safe or designated destination.
Incident Coordination
  • Serve as the on-site point of contact during vehicle-related incidents.
  • Communicate with operations teams, dispatch personnel, passengers, road users, emergency responders, and public authorities when necessary.
  • Document the condition of the vehicle and surrounding area through photographs, written notes, and operational reports.
  • Escalate complex technical, safety, or customer-related issues through the appropriate channels.
  • Follow all internal safety procedures and local traffic regulations.
Candidate Requirements
  • Valid driving licence and at least three years of experience driving on public roads.
  • Driving record that meets applicable company, insurance, and legal requirements.
  • Ability to successfully complete any required background screening.
  • Secondary school qualification or equivalent.
  • Further education in a technical, operational, communications, or customer-focused discipline is advantageous.
  • Strong spoken and written English.
  • Proficiency in the local language where required.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Ability to work outdoors and remain in a vehicle for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-changing, safety-sensitive environment.
Required Skills

  • Ability to enter information accurately and efficiently using digital devices.
  • Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.
  • Clear and concise written reporting.
  • Ability to manage several tasks and information sources simultaneously.
  • Calm decision-making in time-sensitive or high-pressure situations.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and issue-escalation skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn new vehicle systems, technologies, and operational procedures.
  • Reliable, self-directed, and capable of working with limited supervision.
