Job summary

TSMG Holding seeks a Commercial Vehicle Recovery Specialist to safely recover and transport autonomous fleet vehicles using commercial towing equipment. This fully field-based role covers vehicles in traffic lanes, roadside locations, depots, and other challenging settings, with no remote or hybrid option.

You will secure, load, transport, and unload vehicles while protecting sensors and components and following all safety and transport requirements. Strong attention to safety is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional towing, roadside recovery, or commercial driving experience.
• Ability to pass medical/fitness-for-duty testing where required by law.
• Valid driving license for operating commercial recovery vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial recovery vehicle in urban areas, motorways, and around active traffic.
• Respond to disabled fleet vehicles requiring transport or roadside recovery.
• Position the recovery vehicle safely while maintaining awareness of traffic and pedestrians.
• Secure, load, transport, and unload vehicles using winches, wheel-lift systems, dollies, chains, and straps.
• Transport vehicles to approved service locations and protect sensitive systems during recovery.
• Establish a safe working area and coordinate with dispatch, emergency services, and authorities.
• Report equipment defects and operational concerns promptly.
