Beusa Energy, Inc. seeks a Fleet Logistics Coordinator to support transportation and logistics across multiple sites in The Woodlands, TX, Midland, TX, and Leetsdale, PA. The role focuses on timely asset delivery, field vehicle swaps, and maintenance coordination with repair vendors.

You will work with warehouse and field teams, use scanners and GPS tools, ensure DOT safety compliance, and help optimize fleet usage while maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, transportation, or field operations.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs, team lifts up to 100 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Perform delivery and retrieval of company assets to and from field sites and repair facilities.
• Coordinate and conduct vehicle swaps in the field.
• Execute asset retirement procedures including removal of telematics systems and fuel cards.
• Transport field personnel to airports and field locations to optimize fleet usage.
• Maintain and inspect transport vehicles for roadworthiness and cleanliness.
• Act as primary contact for transportation needs with warehouse and field teams.
• Support basic order fulfillment, packing, and inventory movements when not in transit.
• Use scanners, inventory systems, and GPS tools for asset tracking and transportation tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and DOT regulations.
