Job summary

Nourish is seeking a Provider Partnerships Regional Manager to scale revenue by partnering with healthcare providers across the United States. You will lead and develop a high-performing team of Provider Partnerships Managers (PPMs) to drive field-based selling and provider engagement.

This field-first leadership role requires coaching live provider meetings, ride-alongs, and data-driven optimization. You will hire, onboard, review pipelines, and align with Nourish values to deliver insured care

Qualifications

Experience in healthcare sales or business development.
1+ years of sales management experience, ideally at a high-growth startup.
Comfort and energy spending the majority of time in the field with reps.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and process management abilities.
Aptitude for using data and CRM tools to inform strategy.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and inspire your team of PPMs to hit and exceed targets.
Spend 3+ days per week in the field coaching through live provider meetings and ride-alongs.
Hire, train, and onboard new team members.
Conduct regular team meetings and 1:1s with pipeline reviews and account planning.
Review PPM meeting recordings to provide feedback and surface best practices.
Implement performance management processes.
Foster a positive, collaborative environment aligned with Nourish values.
