Job summary

Project Resources Group, Inc. is seeking an outside plant expert to join as a route-based Construction Coordinator.

You will be the eyes and ears on the ground for our fiber networks—monitoring 811 tickets, running an assigned route, responding to outages, and keeping small issues from becoming big ones. This role requires a valid driver’s license, access to a reliable personal vehicle, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather.

Qualifications

• Valid driver''s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance meeting state requirements.
• Dependability - punctual and reliable to complete tasks.
• Ability to work independently in the field in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily routes and drive assigned fiber route with windshield time.
• Monitor 811 tickets and reference maps/prints to avoid digging conflicts.
• Log changes, escalate infrastructure issues, and respond to outages.
• Verify field work quality and communicate clearly with customers and contractors.
