Job summary

Project Resources Group is seeking an experienced Construction Coordinator to manage an assigned fiber route as part of our outside plant team. You’ll be the on‑the‑ground eyes and ears, driving daily, monitoring routes, and identifying issues before they escalate.

You’ll review locate tickets, maps, and prints, communicate with clients and crews, and document changes along the route. This role suits outdoorsy, detail‑oriented problem solvers who work well independently.

Qualifications

• Driver's license and own vehicle required.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather.
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing tickets/maps.

Responsibilities

• Drive assigned fiber route with significant windshield time.
• Monitor existing fiber routes and identify potential risks.
• Review 811 locate tickets, maps, and prints to stay ahead of construction activity.
• Log changes and communicate with clients, contractors, and homeowners.
• Ensure quality and adherence to scope of work on-site.
