Job summary

ARCO Design/Build in Memphis is seeking a Superintendent Intern/Co-op to gain hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of a construction project. You will work alongside experienced field leaders on site, learning how mobilization, safety, scheduling, and quality control come together in the field.

This internship offers exposure to plan and drawing review, daily progress documentation, and participation in project meetings, with mentorship from Project Managers.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in accredited program (undergrad or grad).
• Driver's License.
• GPA 3.0+ preferred but not required.
• Previous co-op or internship in construction preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to the full lifecycle of a project.
• Assist with site operations and safety leadership on a daily basis.
• Attend meetings and review plans, drawings, and shop drawings.
