Job summary

ARCO Design/Build is seeking a motivated Superintendent Intern to join our field team. You will learn to create schedules, coordinate with subcontractors, and support the project life cycle on a variety of jobsites.

This internship offers hands-on training, access to leadership, and a clear path to full-time opportunities. You should be enrolled in a Construction Management or Civil Engineering program, maintain a GPA of 3.0+, and be able to meet physical demands with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related degree programs.
• GPA 3.0 on a 4.0 scale or higher.

Responsibilities

• Assist on site with scheduling and coordination under the Superintendent.
• Communicate with subcontractors to ensure timely progress.
• Support project lifecycle activities from start to finish.
