Job summary

ARCO a Family of Construction Companies is seeking a Superintendent Intern/Co-op. You will gain hands-on exposure to the full lifecycle of construction projects, working with seasoned field leaders to learn site mobilization, coordination, and safety practices on active job sites.

You will participate in meetings, review drawings, document progress, and support quality control while developing practical field skills in a collaborative, mentorship-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited Civil, Mechanical, Architectural, Construction Management, Building Science, or Construction Engineering program.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to the full lifecycle of a project while working with experienced field leaders.
• Assist with site mobilization through project completion and daily operations.
• Participate in safety meetings, job site inspections, and promote a strong safety culture.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and monitor progress to help keep projects on schedule.
• Observe and support quality inspections to ensure work meets plans and ARCO standards.
