Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in sales, preferably in construction/equipment rental.
• Must be able to travel for training and meetings.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of equipment, vehicles, and attachments.
• Clean driving record.
• Experience in the construction and/or rental industry.
• Highly motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Integrity and team player.
