Blew & Associates, P.A. is expanding its network of Field Professionals to support Phase I ESA and PCA projects nationwide. The role involves onsite inspections, report writing, and working as a subcontractor alongside our full-time team.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience conducting Phase I ESA and/or PCA assessments.
• Strong technical writing skills and ability to complete full reports independently.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with ASTM ESA and PCA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite property inspections (walks).
• Prepare professional reports in accordance with ASTM and industry standards.
• Manage multiple projects and meet established deadlines.
• Collaborate with the team on project delivery as a subcontractor.
