Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Phase I ESA and/or PCA assessments.
• Strong technical writing skills and ability to complete full reports independently.
• Ability to travel to job sites and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite property inspections to support Phase I ESA and PCA.
• Prepare professional reports in accordance with ASTM standards.
• Write comprehensive assessments and coordinate with team as needed.
• Travel to various job sites across the United States.
