Job summary

Acceleration Academies seeks an Enrollment & Student Engagement Coordinator to lead field recruitment and proactive outreach. You will canvass neighborhoods, visit apartment communities, and conduct in-person follow-ups to generate qualified Graduate Candidates and move them through enrollment.

You will also re-engage students with attendance challenges, build community partnerships, and support campus culture while meeting enrollment and engagement targets.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills essential.
• Willingness to conduct field-based recruitment and community outreach.
• Ability to manage outreach pipelines and document activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead enrollment growth through field recruitment and community canvassing.
• Engage with families and students to support enrollment and attendance.
• Coordinate with school leadership to remove barriers in enrollment.
• Track outreach metrics and report on pipeline health.
• Represent Acceleration Academies professionally in the community.
