Job summary

Acceleration Academies is seeking an Enrollment & Student Engagement Coordinator to drive field-based recruitment and re-engagement efforts. You will canvass neighborhoods, visit apartment communities, and perform direct family outreach to build a robust enrollment pipeline.

The role emphasizes attendance support, building rapport with Graduate Candidates, and collaborating with Academy leadership to remove enrollment barriers and sustain engagement.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 1–3 years in enrollment, recruitment, admissions, community outreach, or educational support; experience with high school students preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate prospective Graduate Candidates and move them through enrollment.
• Conduct field outreach in neighborhoods, apartment communities, and local centers.
• Build relationships with families and students to promote enrollment growth.
• Provide on-campus support to engage and re‑engage students and ensure attendance.
