The role involves building relationships in neighborhoods, apartment communities, and local organizations, visiting campuses, tracking pipeline metrics, and removing enrollment barriers with academy leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building and communication across differences.
• Field-based outreach and neighborhood canvassing experience preferred.
• Ability to motivate others and work independently in the community.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Generate prospective Graduate Candidates and move them through enrollment by field-based recruitment.
• Engage with families and students to re-engage attendance and reduce truancy.
• Build partnerships with community organizations to support student needs and enrollment growth.
• Track outreach activity and enrollment metrics to inform strategy.
