Job summary

Roche Support Network seeks a field-based service professional to repair and maintain Roche diagnostic products. You will provide on-site service, preventive maintenance, and technical support across the Donor Screening portfolio.

The role requires up to 20-30% travel and preference for residing in the Phoenix, AZ area. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of progressive repair experience or a relevant Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years in similar work, and strong diagnostic skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 2 years of technical school or equivalent military training or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of progressive experience repairing or servicing mechanical/system hardware and software, or networking/wireless networking OR a Bachelor's degree in a related field plus 1-2 years of progressive experience repairing or servicing complex mechanical/system hardware and software, or networking/wireless networking.
• Successfully training or certification as defined by RD Services Leadership and policy.
• Ability to travel, including some overnight travel, is required.

Responsibilities

• Showcase expertise in technical repair for Roche assigned product lines.
• Provide routine technical support, on-site service and repair of Roche products.
• Serve as a customer contact for technical and service-related issues and perform preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures.
• Document all activities and contribute to quality improvement to maximize customer satisfaction.
