Qualifications

• High school diploma with 2 years of technical training or equivalent military/work experience.
• 5 years of progressive experience in repairing or servicing mechanical/system hardware and software, or networking/wireless networking.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 1–2 years of progressive experience accepted.
• Training or certification as defined by RD Services Leadership and policy required.
• Ability to travel, including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Travel and provide on-site service, repair and installation for Roche products.
• Serve as a customer contact for technical and service-related issues and perform preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures.
• Document activities and contribute to quality improvement to maximize customer satisfaction.
