Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair Roche Diagnostics equipment at customer sites.
• Provide routine technical support and operator troubleshooting training as needed.
• Travel to customer sites up to 50% to service assigned Roche product lines.
• Document service reports and communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction.
