Job summary

Roche Holding AG in Arizona seeks an Associate Field Engineering Specialist to travel to sites and install, maintain, and repair Roche Diagnostics equipment. You will provide routine support, troubleshoot operator issues, and document service activities to uphold high customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma with technical training and 2 years of hardware/software repair or networking experience.

Qualifications

High school diploma and 2 years of technical school or equivalent military training or work experience.
2 years of experience repairing or servicing mechanical/system hardware and software, or networking/wireless networking.
Preferred: 4-year Engineering Degree in Biomedical, Mechanical, Electrical or related.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair Roche Diagnostics' equipment following standard procedures.
Provide routine technical support and operator troubleshooting to customers.
Document all service and account-related reports, updates, and communications timely and professionally.
Identify revenue-generating and cost-saving opportunities and promote Roche service contracts.
Monitor equipment performance and respond to routine issues; escalate complex problems as needed.
Travel up to 50% to support Tucson, AZ and Phoenix, AZ territories.
