Job summary

Roche is seeking a Field Engineering Specialist to travel 100% within an assigned territory, including Kentucky and surrounding areas. You will install and repair clinical chemistry, immunoassay, and lab automation products for laboratory customers in your region.

The role requires a high school diploma with technical training or an equivalent military/work background; a Bachelor's degree with 1–2 years of experience is also acceptable.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide routine technical support on operational aspects of system equipment.
• Perform on-site service, repair and/or installation of Roche products.
• Diagnose mechanical, hardware, software and system failures and determine cost-effective resolutions.
• Document activity in quality-compliant records and follow established procedures.
• Travel as required; service territory includes multiple states.
