Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a seasoned Experienced professional to lead the Software Enterprise Deployment and Integration team in the U.S. This role focuses on resource sizing, talent engagement, and financial stewardship while guiding senior engineers and mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities include organizational development, performance management, and fostering a culture of technical ownership across customer deployments and partner integrations.

Qualifications

• Must have 4+ years of experience in Training, Configuration, Testing, optimization, 911 Communication and Computer Networking.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely; employer sponsorship not available.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the team is sized to cover current and forecasted workload.
• Identify and engage qualified talent to expand or replace team members.
• Own department budgeting, billing, forecasting and expense reporting.
• Mentor junior FE's and develop leadership within the team.
• Maintain communication of goals, changes, and updates with team members.
