Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an Experienced professional to lead the Software Enterprise Deployment and Integration team in Phoenix. You will manage resources, develop the team, and oversee financial planning to support mission-critical public safety projects.

The role requires 4+ years in training, configuration, testing, optimization, 911 communication, and networking, with US work authorization. Remote work is indicated but primarily on-site at the Phoenix location.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Training, Configuration, Testing, optimization, 911 Communication, and Computer Networking.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the team is sized appropriately to cover existing and forecasted workload.
• Mentor junior FE's and ensure they have the necessary training and direction.
• Responsible for the department's organizational development and performance management.
• Own the department's financial goals including billing, planning, forecasting, and monitoring.
