Motorola Solutions in the United States is seeking an experienced CRM Field Engineering Team Lead to drive the deployment of CAD, RMS, and mobile applications. You will mentor junior field engineers, align resources with workload, and foster a culture of technical ownership across customer implementations.

You will manage project budget and assets, coordinate with internal and external partners, and ensure deliverables stay on schedule. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Field Engineer or Manager in a technical environment.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.
• PremierOne experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage team resources to align with workload and goals.
• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing development.
• Oversee performance management and coaching for junior engineers.
• Own department budgets, forecasting, and asset tracking.
• Coordinate with internal/external partners for cross-functional alignment.
• Travel up to 25% as required by projects.
