Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a seasoned leader for the Software Enterprise Deployment and Integration team. The role focuses on resource management, team development, and financial oversight to deliver on-premise and cloud-integrated public safety solutions.

The position requires at least 4 years in training, configuration, testing, 911 communications, and networking, with strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functional teams.

Qualifications

• Must have 4+ years of experience in Training, Configuration, Testing, optimization, 911 Communication, and Computer Networking.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Travel Requirements: Under 25%.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the team is sized appropriately to cover existing and forecasted workload.
• Responsible for identifying and engaging qualified talent when needed to expand/replace team members.
• Accountable for the proper resource allocation (both time and money).
• Must own the department's financial goals and administration including billing, planning, forecasting, and monitoring.
