You will coach engineers, build scalable operating rhythms, and maintain credibility across Databricks platform concepts while collaborating with Product, Support, and Professional Services to improve outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading a technical customer-facing team.
• Experience partnering with Sales and cross-functional teams on complex engagements.
• Experience in data platforms, analytics, AI, cloud, software, or related technical domain.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent.
