Qualifications

• Experience leading a technical customer-facing team.
• Experience partnering with Sales and cross-functional teams through complex, multi-stakeholder engagements.
• Experience in data platforms, analytics, AI, cloud, software, technical consulting, or a related technical domain.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing and inclusive Field Engineering team.
• Partner with account teams to define technical-win strategy, qualify opportunities, prioritize customer needs, and align team resources.
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders at senior levels.
• Guide discovery, solution strategy, architecture discussions, adoption planning, and value realization for customer engagements.
