• Proven ability to hire, develop leaders, and manage performance across a portfolio.
• Experience guiding senior stakeholders through complex technical decisions.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with stakeholder mgmt experience.
• Background in data platforms, analytics, AI, cloud, or related domains.
