Job summary

Tsecond.ai is seeking a technically strong Field Support Engineer to deploy, install, configure, and validate our edge AI solutions at customer sites across the United States. The role combines hands-on system work with clear communication to customer engineering teams and management.

You will lead site deployments, troubleshoot hardware and software integration, document configurations, and contribute to product improvements by translating field feedback.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in field engineering, deployments, or related technical roles.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Hands-on Linux server administration and debugging skills.
• Experience with NAS/SAN/storage and data-center/edge infra.
• Familiarity with GPUs/AI infrastructure and HPC is a plus.
• Proficient with Docker, Kubernetes, virtualization, and cloud infra.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and integrate Tsecond solutions at customer sites across the US.
• Lead on-site installations, configurations, demos, PoCs, and acceptance testing.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, storage, and AI workloads.
• Configure Linux/Windows OS, storage, networking, and containers.
• Coordinate with product/engineering to resolve field issues and improve products.
• Develop deployment, validation, and test plans; document configurations with diagrams.
