Job summary

Syntiant Corp. is seeking an experienced Field Applications Engineer to partner with customers, sales, product, and engineering teams.

You will support customers from early evaluation through integration, launch, and production across edge AI, processor, sensor, and software solutions. The ideal candidate has strong field applications experience, a solid embedded systems background, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a practical, customer-friendly way.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is preferred.
• 8+ years in field applications or related customer-facing role.
• Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Solid embedded systems background across processors, sensors, and software.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software and system-level issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical contact for customers, sales, distributors, and engineering.
• Support engagements from discovery through design-in, launch, and production.
• Lead demonstrations, workshops, and customer trainings.
• Recommend practical solutions based on customer needs and constraints.
• Create technical docs, training materials, and demo content.
