The Field Service Engineer reports to the Orange Services Manager and is responsible for providing on-site installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, and technical support for igus® Energy Chain products and engineered systems.
This is a high-travel, customer-facing position requiring approximately 50–75% travel, primarily throughout North America, with occasional international travel. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on problem solver who is comfortable working independently at customer facilities and industrial job sites.
