Job summary

JE Dunn Construction’s Advanced Facilities Group is seeking a FIELD ENGINEER – CORE to support on challenging data center, industrial and manufacturing projects. You will participate in safety programs, assist on-site crews, and learn construction techniques through hands-on, on-the-job training.

You'll work with foremen, journeymen and subcontractors, building relationships and applying Lean methods to daily tasks while developing your professional skills in a fast-paced, collaborative

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (Preferred).
• Participation in a federally required training or apprenticeship program, depending upon location (Preferred).
• In lieu of the above requirements, equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• 0-2 years construction experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Actively participates in all aspects of the project-specific safety plan and culture.
• Lears and actively participates in safety culture with mentoring others.
• Works with tools and executes self-perform work embedded with a crew of craftsmen.
• Builds relationships with trades people and project team members.
• Collaborates with others and applies Lean practices to daily activities.
