Lithko Contracting seeks an entry-level Project Engineer to support our concrete construction projects. You will work with mentors on scope, scheduling, safety and quality plans, and participate in hands-on site activities.

The role offers growth opportunities across locations and projects, with exposure to estimating, field engineering, inspections, and production tracking. You will build skills in a collaborative, safety-first environment.

Qualifications

• You must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future.
• You will complete a degree in Construction Management, Concrete Industry Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field before your start date, or have equivalent work or military experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand project scope and schedule with mentors to align on safety and quality plans.
• Develop plans to execute work objectives, track progress, and replan based on feedback and performance.
• Manage the daily safety, quality, and execution of your work objectives.
• Learn through hands-on performance with our teams through the daily preparation plan and the project execution process.
• Duties may evolve to include estimating, field engineering, forming walls/columns, inspections, loadout, place/finish, slab prep, production tracking, quantity take-offs, and more.
