Job summary

Auto Club in Costa Mesa seeks a Field Engineer 3 to perform deskside support and PC/printer refresh at client sites and depots. You will install, diagnose, and repair desktop and laptop computers, printers, network devices, standard software, and low-end servers using defined methods and tools.

Role requires up to 20% travel, 40 hours per week, and a 12-month term with possible extension. Work hours are Mon–Fri, 8a–5p, with potential for temp-to-perm conversion.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• May require technical certification or associate degree.
• Generally 1-2 years of experience in the area.

Responsibilities

• Perform deskside support and PC/Printer refresh at client sites.
• Install, diagnose, and repair desktops, laptops, printers, and basic network devices.
• Reload and re-image PCs/laptops and verify client-approved applications.
• Escalate issues and maintain professional conduct with customers.
• Provide follow-up on problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
