Job summary

The Home Energy Specialist is a field-based, full-time sales role at HomeWorks Energy, Inc. You will drive to customer appointments, complete Mass Save home energy assessments, and present energy-saving options to homeowners.

The position includes paid training, health and vision insurance, a 401k with match, PTO, and an opportunity to earn commission with top earners reaching six figures. Valid MA driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Valid MA driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel required.
• Previous customer service and sales experience preferred.
• MASS Save program knowledge a plus.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Mass Save home energy assessments.
• Model homes using energy efficiency software and generate reports.
• Recommend energy-saving measures such as insulation and LED lighting.
• Initiate sale and secure service contracts.
• Provide exceptional customer service and educate homeowners on energy efficiency benefits.
• Organize and guide customers through paperwork processes.
• Install energy-saving products during assessments and collaborate with teams.
