Job summary

SolarWinds is seeking a Field Enablement Manager to join the Global Revenue Enablement team. Based in Austin, TX, you will build and deliver field-facing enablement for the Observability portfolio across NA, EMEA and APJ, focusing on coaching, training delivery, and content development to drive revenue growth.

You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales Leadership, and RevOps, delivering measurable enablement programs and leveraging AI tools to improve speed and quality of daily work.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in sales enablement or similar role at a B2B tech company.
• Proven experience delivering enablement programs for field sales or customer success audiences.
• Direct facilitation and coaching experience with individual contributors.
• Strong project management skills; able to run multiple programs independently.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for in-person and virtual audiences.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding & Field Readiness: contribute to global onboarding; co-facilitate NA/EMEA sessions.
• Coaching & Facilitation: assess and coach reps and managers; deliver live and virtual training.
• Content Development: build a library of enablement assets; create playbooks and talks tracks; manage LMS/CMS assets.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: align programs with GTM priorities with Product, Marketing, Sales, RevOps.
• AI-Enabled Operations: explore AI tools to improve speed, quality, and efficiency.
