Job summary

SolarWinds is seeking a Field Enablement Manager in Austin, TX to lead field-facing enablement for our core Observability portfolio across North America, EMEA and APJ. You will partner with teams across onboarding, content creation, and GTM to ensure effective field execution and coaching for sellers and managers.

You will design and deliver training programs, build a content library, and drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, Sales Leadership, and RevOps while leveraging

Qualifications

• 4+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or similar role at a B2B tech company.
• Proven experience delivering enablement programs for field sales or customer success audiences.
• Direct facilitation and coaching experience with individual contributors.
• Strong project management skills; able to run multiple programs independently.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for in-person and virtual audiences.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding & Field Readiness: support global onboarding for NA and EMEA sessions; run ramp progress reviews; design training with measurable outcomes.
• Coaching & Facilitation: assess reps and managers, deliver live and virtual training.
• Content Development: build and maintain revenue enablement assets; collaborate with designers and SMEs; manage assets in LMS and SharePoint.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: align programs with GTM priorities with Product, Marketing, Sales Leadership, and RevOps.
• AI-Enabled Operations: use AI tools to improve speed and quality; identify automation opportunities.
