Job summary

SolarWinds seeks a Technical Enablement Manager to drive technical readiness across our customer-facing teams. You’ll coach technical sellers, translate product knowledge into practical enablement, and leverage AI to scale learning.

The role partners with Solutions Engineering, Product Management, Product Marketing, and SMEs to create field-ready training and resources. You will develop onboarding programs, workshops, and playbooks, and measure impact through adoption metrics and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in Solutions Engineering or technical enablement roles.
• Cuwaf coaching to improve customer conversations, demos, and tech presentations.
• Ability to translate product updates into practical enablement content.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience using AI tools to improve content creation and learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver onboarding and ongoing enablement for Sales, Renewals, and Solutions Engineering.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to create field-ready enablement materials.
• Translate product updates into clear training resources.
• Leverage AI to accelerate content creation and personalize learning.
• Create and maintain playbooks, demo guides, labs, job aids, and knowledge articles.
• Drive technical readiness for product launches through targeted training.
• Deliver workshops and coaching sessions for customer-facing teams.
• Maintain enablement content in learning platforms and repositories.
• Measure program effectiveness with learner feedback and adoption metrics.
• Identify readiness gaps and drive continuous improvement.
