Job summary

Qualifications

• 4-7 years internal utility company experience or equivalent external experience.
• 2-3 years internal supervisory experience or strong supervisory assessment result.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Knowledge of operating and construction work practices.
• Leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to support and enforce safe work behavior and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and direct craft employees to ensure safety, reliability and productivity goals.
• Coach and evaluate performance; execute labor strategies under the bargaining agreement.
• Coordinate emergency response with 24-hour on-call responsibilities.
• Work within budgets; plan resources and action plans to meet business objectives.
• Foster a high-performance, diverse learning environment and drive change initiatives.
