Flowtec Group is seeking a Sales Director for its Permian Basin operation. This leadership role emphasizes hands-on field management, joint calls, and direct involvement in major opportunities.

You will coach 2–3 Account Managers, develop opportunities, and drive growth across strategic accounts in the Oil & Gas, transportation, and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of B2B industrial sales, a proven track record of revenue growth, and the ability to sell at director level.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful B2B industrial sales experience.
• Proven sales results with measurable revenue growth or account development.
• Experience selling into oil & gas, transportation, manufacturing, or other industrial markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 2-3 Account Managers.
• Spend significant time in the field on joint customer calls and ride-alongs.
• Help the team develop opportunities and close new business.
• Grow existing strategic accounts while expanding into new customers.
• Develop relationships with decision-makers throughout the Permian Basin.
• Drive sales strategy, account planning, and territory growth.
• Remain personally involved in major opportunities rather than managing strictly from the office.
