Job summary

Tetra Tech Digital Systems is seeking a Business Development Leader for the Permian Basin with a focus on growing our Process Control, SCADA, and cloud data services. You will drive new opportunities, manage a robust sales pipeline, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver value to clients in upstream, midstream, and petrochemical sectors.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of oil and gas experience, strong proposal and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of meeting revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in upstream/midstream oil and gas or petrochemicals.
• Proven ability to develop proposals, quotes and estimates.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Track record of successful project execution and customer service.
• Good organizational skills and time management.
• Knowledge of contract terms including indemnity and liability.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across the sales cycle.
• Generate and maintain a robust deal pipeline toward target entities.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales goals.
• Participate in sales meetings and report progress to senior management.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations for successful delivery.
• Engage clients and manage relationships, improving terms as needed.
