Job summary

Flowpoint seeks a Sales Account Manager to join our West Texas team. You will manage client portfolios, grow existing accounts, and develop new opportunities across E&P organizations, with heavy travel to client sites in the Permian Basin.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in oil & gas sales, strong CRM/MS Office skills, and a proven ability to close deals at multiple levels of decision-making. This role requires hands-on field work and significant travel.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience in oil & gas
• Technical knowledge of water transfer and water management services is preferred
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
• Experience with CRM software and MS Office
• Proven track record of sales growth
• Established contacts at appropriate levels in E&P organizations

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
• Grow existing accounts and target new ones.
• Develop positive relationships with clients and act as the primary contact.
• Resolve issues and provide timely solutions.
• Travel to customer sites and represent Flowpoint at events as needed.
• Forecast and track sales opportunities and market share in the Permian region.
• Build relationships with key decision makers and develop strategic sales plans.
