Nourish is seeking a Provider Partnerships Regional Manager to lead a high-performing field-based team of Provider Partnerships Managers and scale revenue through partnerships with healthcare providers.

You will spend significant time in the field, coaching live meetings, ride-alongs, and driving the sales activity that moves the needle. Strong coaching, relationship-building, and data skills are required to succeed.

Formación

• Proven track record in healthcare sales or healthcare business development.
• Strong ability to coach and develop field teams.
• Experience leading regional or field-based sales teams in startups or high-growth environments.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven approach to pipeline management.
• Familiarity with CRM tooling, especially Salesforce.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Provider Partnerships Managers (PPMs).
• Spend 3+ days per week in the field coaching through live provider meetings.
• Hire, train, and onboard new team members.
• Conduct regular pipeline reviews and account planning sessions.
• Review team performance and surface best practices for growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with Nourish values.
