Job summary

WM is North America's leading provider of comprehensive environmental solutions, based in Houston, Texas. The role focuses on onboarding, developing, coaching, mentoring, and performance management for all drivers and helpers, with daily field engagement and strong emphasis on safety.

Responsibilities include ensuring tools and feedback for new staff, regular coaching conversations, and maintaining DOT documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or high school diploma with 2 years relevant work experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, develop, coach, mentor, and manage performance of drivers and helpers.
• Meet with new frontline staff daily to support onboarding and communication.
• Provide timely, consistent coaching touchpoints and review best practices.
• Ensure safety is paramount and lead by example in WM ways.
• Maintain DOT-related documentation and audit route operations records.
• Visit customer sites to address safety issues and improve service.
