Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a skilled Mobile Industrial HVAC Technician to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation across multiple client locations. The role supports industrial facilities, requiring strong technical HVAC knowledge and independent work ethic.

The position involves travel to client sites, reading schematics, and ensuring safe, compliant operations with a focus on reliability and customer service.

Qualifications

• HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting in industrial environments.
• Proficient with building automation and control systems.
• EPA Section 608 Certification is required.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Travel to multiple client sites to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of HVAC systems.
• Inspect and repair commercial/industrial HVAC equipment including rooftop units, air handlers, and controls.
• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize reliability and minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret blueprints and control schematics for accurate servicing.
• Complete service reports and documentation promptly.
