Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a skilled Mobile Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to provide preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and mechanical support across multiple client locations. The role aims to keep industrial equipment reliable and downtime minimal.

Ideal candidates have strong mechanical aptitude, industrial experience, and the ability to respond to planned maintenance, machine shutdowns, and emergencies. Travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• 3–5 years industrial maintenance experience.
• Ability to travel locally to client sites daily.
• Experience with conveyors, motors, pumps, and gearboxes.
• Knowledge of LOTO and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Travel to multiple client locations for preventive maintenance and repair.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes.
• Support planned shutdowns and startup activities.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Read manuals, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Maintain records and service documents.
• Maintain vehicle and tools; ensure safety compliance.
