Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is hiring a Mobile Maintenance Technician to perform hands-on maintenance across multiple commercial properties. You will work with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, travel between sites using a company vehicle with mileage reimbursed.

A valid driver's license is required and basic computing skills are a plus. Responsibilities include routine and emergency maintenance, troubleshooting rooftop units, recording work performed, and ensuring safety compliance.

Qualifications

Hands-on maintenance experience across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites.
Basic computing skills (Outlook, Excel, Word) required.
Experience with preventive maintenance and safety compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform routine and emergency maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems including rooftops, split systems, and chillers.
Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance across properties.
Respond to service requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
