Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Technician to perform hands-on maintenance across multiple commercial properties. The ideal candidate has strong experience in commercial HVAC systems, general building upkeep, and must hold a valid driver’s license to travel between sites.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance, troubleshooting rooftop units and chillers, conducting inspections, and documenting work.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance and repair experience.
• Experience with commercial HVAC systems and building systems.
• Valid driver’s license; travel between sites.
• Basic computing: Outlook, Excel & Word.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems including rooftops, splits, and chillers.
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance across properties.
• Respond to service requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
