Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Mobile HVAC Engineer to maintain and repair building systems across client sites in Charlotte, NC. The role emphasizes proactive preventive maintenance, efficient operation of HVAC equipment, and timely response to service calls.

You will work with boilers, pumps, and electrical systems while ensuring safety and compliance. Applicants should have a strong background in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical maintenance, plus the ability to travel between properties and

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; trade program or apprenticeship preferred.
Minimum 4 years of technical building engineering experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical knowledge.
Valid driver's license; EPA Section 608 certification for refrigerants preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
Operate, maintain, and repair boilers, heaters, pumps, valves, and steam distribution equipment.
Respond to emergencies and coordinate with facilities/clients.
Maintain inventory and track parts; report on operations and improvements.
