Job summary

Alora Pharmaceuticals, LLC is seeking a District Sales Manager (DSM) for Primary Care to lead a field team across the assigned market. You will coach ~10 sales reps, plan and execute sales strategies, and drive sustainable growth aligned with company goals.

The role requires strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills, plus the ability to travel frequently and build cross-functional relationships. This is a field-based leadership position with performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 5+ years in medical/pharma industry with prior management experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication, interfacing with multiple departments.
• Strong problem-solving and presentation abilities; highly organized.
• Proven sales results with strong clinical product knowledge.
• Willingness to travel and pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities
